Senior Systems Analyst

Under the direction of the Manager, Business Solutions & Project Services, the Senior Systems Analyst is responsible to maintain, implement, and configure business enterprise applications such as ERP, Financial, HRIS and others as applicable. Design and develop system solutions, software solutions, including complex IT problem solving analytics, providing support and guidance to the Systems Analysts, and lead project teams and IT staff as appropriate. Responsible for documentation standards, and governance guidelines for the Applications portfolio. Acts as Tier 3 support for corporate wide systems, providing technical leadership for all Town business application solutions.

Formal post-secondary degree in Computer Sciences and experience in business systems, customer service or an approved combination of education and experience. Valid Class “G” Driver’s License in good standing and reliable vehicle to use on corporate business.
