Property Tax & Revenue Administrator

Reporting to the Manager, Revenue, the Property Tax & Revenue Administrator, this role is responsible for a wide variety of duties related to the collection and processing of property taxes and revenue including collection of residential, commercial and industrial property taxes, and water, sewer and stormwater, etc. revenues; issuing collection notices; coordinating property tax sales; issuing tax certificates; coordinating charges added to tax bills; responding to tax enquiries; processing tax adjustments; researching and preparing tax apportionments.

Credentials:
Certificate of completion of the Municipal Tax Administration Program (MTAP) with demonstrated experience in a municipal property tax environment or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
