Manager, Capital Delivery, Infrastructure Renewal

Under the direction of the Director, Engineering Services, the Manager, Capital Delivery, Infrastructure Renewal is responsible for the management and implementation of the work and deliverables within the Capital Projects business unit, incorporating the planning, design, budgeting, approval, construction and overall implementation of infrastructure projects including roads, bridges, municipal services, facilities and other capital projects or works as assigned, in consultation with the user department program needs.

Post-secondary degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or Civil Engineering Technology, as well as OACETT Certification as a Certified Engineering Technologist (C.E.T.) or membership in Professional Engineers Ontario (P.Eng.), accompanied by provincial government training and certification in related construction/inspection/installation courses with progressive experience to a senior level in a municipal environment. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
