Commissioner Corporate Services
Responsible for the leadership and direction of the Corporate Services Commission, which may include Human Resources, Information Technology, Procurement, Legal and Legislative Services, Financial Services, Communications and any other common services in support of the Corporation’s Operations. The Commissioner assists the CAO with the strategic leadership of the Corporation as a member of the Leadership Team and provides advice to the CAO and Members of Council in corporate decision-making. The Commissioner attends Committee of the Whole and Council to provide advice/guidance on procedural and legal issues, major service agreements, and significant new or pending legislation and regulatory guidelines.
