Administrative Assistant

Responsible for clerical, administrative and reception and counter services for the Director/Manager, including receiving and screening incoming calls; transcription, composition and processing of correspondence; scheduling meetings; maintaining appointment calendar and scheduling services for the department staff, attending meetings; recording and distributing meeting minutes; maintaining departmental systems and researching and preparing monthly reports; managing the electronic and hard-copy filing system; liaising with the general public and other departments and providing information to the public.

Credentials: Community College diploma in Office Administration or related discipline.
