Total Rewards Specialist, Total Compensation & Systems
Reporting to the Total Compensation & Systems Manager, the Total Rewards Specialist is responsible for the coordination and administration of the total rewards programs, including Employee & Retiree Group benefit program, Employee & Family Assistance program, pension plan, and employee recognition program and events. This includes corporate support for employees and leadership as well as data management and reporting for total rewards. The incumbent will support the Manager in total reward program design, implementation, process improvements, strategic planning, benchmarking and communications.
