Total Compensation & Systems Manager, Human Resources
Reporting to the Director, Human Resources, the Total Compensation & Systems Manager provides leadership and support for the Total Compensation & Systems Division. The key responsibility is advancing strategic initiatives, policy initiatives, aligning business objectives with management for various business units. This position provides support and coaching in the following areas: Compensation and Benefits, Employment law compliance, policy design and implementation. The incumbent will provide advice, guidance, support and or direction to corporate workforce from employees to senior managers related to the employee journey.
