Tenant Services Waitlist Coordinator
Reports to Housing Programs Manager
The Tenant Services Waitlist Coordinator coordinates and administers the housing access system for the Municipality. This role administers tenant placement activities by accessing, determining eligibility and prioritizing all applications for public and social housing and allocating vacant units according to established guidelines.
Credentials: Post-secondary education (i.e. general Administration diploma) combined with 3-5 years’ related experience in the social service field. Valid driver’s license is required, and the use of an automobile is necessary
