Systems Analyst
Reports to the Business Solutions Manager
The Systems Analyst supports the selection, purchase, implementation and ongoing support of the Municipality’s off the shelf software. This role also provides second level software support and troubleshoots software issues.
Credentials: three-year Information Technology program at a recognized College of Applied Arts and Technology (or equivalent). Formal training must be augmented with a demonstrated knowledge of current concepts, programs, methods and technologies in the technology field. Functional knowledge of MSSQL database administration and T-SQL. Knowledge of PostgreSQL and MySQL considered an advantage. Valid Class “G” driver’s license.
