Supervisor, Library Programs & Community Engagement

Under the direction of the Library Services Manager, this position is responsible for the management and implementation of programming, community engagement, outreach and all related social media and marketing initiatives for the Library; development and marketing of Library programming; overseeing volunteer services; building partnerships with community partners and stakeholders and fostering a strong relationship between the Library and the community.

Credentials: Completion of an accredited Library and Information Technician, or Marketing Diploma with experience in a Library setting or customer service/people-oriented setting, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience that is deemed necessary to successfully manage in a Public Library, non-profit or recreation environment. Class G Driver’s license in good standing is an asset
