Property Supervisor

Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, the Property Supervisor performs routine repairs, and oversees and monitors the work of janitorial and grounds contractors at social housing properties throughout the County of Bruce. The Supervisor is accountable for the condition of buildings serviced by contractors, and performs all move-out and rent-ready inspections in those facilities.

Credentials: Post-secondary diploma in facilities management, building maintenance or a related field is considered an asset. Experience working in building maintenance, basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing & heating, and of applicable building and safety legislation and regulations.
