Nurse Manager
Reporting to the Director of Nursing, the Nurse Manager is responsible for the provision, implementation, and evaluation of resident care. Responsibilities include effective leadership, management, and evaluation of the nursing program to ensure the efficient utilization of human, physical and financial resources. This role is responsible for ensuring the continuous quality improvement outcomes approved for the facility, are met or exceeded, The Nurse Manager oversees the Supervisors, Registered Nurses, Registered Practical Nurses, and Personal Support Workers.
