Manager, Income and Support Service, Human Services
Reporting to the Director, Human Services, the Income and Support Services Manager is responsible for the operation and delivery of the Ontario Works Program. This includes exploring, implementing, and evaluating support services that provide assistance to clients towards achieving life stabilization and financial independence. This role provides overall leadership and supervision to the division. The manager also has responsibilities in business continuity planning and social service emergency management including coordination, training and administration. This role operates within the local funding allocations, as legislated.
