Maintenance Repair Worker

Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, the Maintenance Repair Worker provides general maintenance and repair in carpentry, minor plumbing and electrical work, janitorial duties. This position may also perform grounds maintenance including snow removal, lawn cutting and trimming.

Credentials: High school diploma, experience working in building maintenance / janitorial work and basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing and heating. A post-secondary education or formal training in building maintenance, and/or a certificate or training in electrical, plumbing, and/or heating would be an asset.
