Human Resources Specialist/Consultant
Responsible for the development and delivery of human resources policies, programs and services in a specialist area of HR (compensation, labour relations, recruitment, etc.), workforce planning, etc.). May also provide generalist or specialist consultative services to Managers in the operational departments and assists with workforce alignment, organizational structure, new job development or job restructuring, performance management, change and process guidance, etc.
Credentials: Requires a degree in Human Resources/Industrial Relations, and Certified Human Resources Professional Designation or enrolment in same.
