Human Resources Business Partner
Reports to the Labour Relations Manager
Provides HR guidance and support to a specific client group. Responsibilities including leading and implementing HR initiatives, identifying, evaluating and resolving HR related matters and proactively communicating with Union representatives.
Credentials: Post secondary diploma with Human Resources specialty. Experience in an HR Business partner/Generalist position, preferably within a unionized environment. Experience in many disciplines within HR, including diversity and inclusion, performance management, compensation and benefits, talent management, employee, and union relations, etc.
