Front Desk Attendant (Reception)
Performs all reception duties, including greeting the public, responding to in-person inquiries and directing visitors to the appropriate person or department. Answers the corporate general telephone line and directs calls or responds to telephone inquiries, taking and forwarding messages as required. Assists with telephone and voicemail systems administration. Processes incoming and outgoing mail. Conducts special projects as requested. Performs other administrative or clerical support duties as requested. May provide back-up administrative or clerical assistance when other staff are on vacation or absent.
