Director, Human Resources

Responsible for the management and administration of corporate human resources services, including compensation, benefits administration, recruitment, health and safety, workplace safety and insurance, performance monitoring, labour/employee relations, training and development, and strategic workforce planning. Provides advice to members of Council and Senior Leadership on all Human Resources matters and oversees the development and implementation of employment policies.

Credentials: Requires a degree in Human Resources/Industrial Relations, and Certified Human Resources Professional Designation or enrolment in same.
