Custodian

Reports to the Manager of Facilities and Operations

The Custodian provides general interior and exterior maintenance, cleaning, inspection and security for Municipality housing units. Some duties include cleaning and maintaining of common areas and office space, repairs; general carpentry, painting, removal of garbage and recycling and grounds keeping.

Credentials: Completion of Secondary School Diploma. Familiarity with general maintenance practices. Health and Safety training including WHMIS preferred. Valid Driver’s license.
