Reports to the Chief building Official
The Building Administrative Assistant is responsible for performing administrative duties providing customer service, scheduling of daily inspections, taking payments, front counter customer inquiries, monthly reporting, as well as receiving and processing building permit applications in accordance with the Building Code Act, Ontario Building Code and applicable municipal by-laws, policies and procedures.
Credentials: College diploma in Business Administration and experience would be an asset
