Administrator, Long Term Care & Senior Services
Reporting to the Director, Long Term Care & Senior Services the Administrator provides day-to-day operational leadership and oversight for the Long-Term Care Facility including managing staff, financial matters, and overseeing the allocation of operational and capital resources and operations for all departments. The incumbent, in consultation with the Director, develops the facility business plan, capital, and operational budgets. The Administrator manages the operations of the facility according to the current legislation, regulations, and requirements of all governing or oversight bodies, as well as the County’s strategic plan. The Administrator maintains healthy employee and labour relations and represents the County and the facility in community and family relations.
