Reports to the Director of Public Works and Utilities
The Administrative Coordinator will perform a wide variety of general administrative and clerical services including handling incoming telephone calls and inquiries from the public, preparing and coding bi-weekly time sheets for submission to Human Resources for payroll processing; Preparing all accounts receivable invoices relating to the Department for submission to Finance. Preparing financial reports for internal budget control using the Town’s financial system.
Credentials: Ontario Secondary School Diploma or equivalent. A post-secondary diploma in Office Administration would be an asset. Experience in an office environment.
